Der Aktionstag der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Akustik wird seit 1998 begangen und soll f\u00fcr den L\u00e4rm und seine Ursachen und Folgen sensibilisieren<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-1' id='markerref-545-1' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>1<\/a><\/sup>. Letztere sind erheblich und treten vielerorts auf. In Hamburg beispielsweise sind junge Leute und Menschen mit geringem Einkommen besonders h\u00e4ufig L\u00e4rmbelastungen ausgesetzt<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-2' id='markerref-545-2' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>2<\/a><\/sup>. Diese entstehen insbesondere durch den Stra\u00dfenverkehr, aber auch in Hafen- und Flughafenn\u00e4he sind die L\u00e4rmbelastungen hoch. Geh\u00f6rsch\u00e4den, Herzkrankheiten, Bluthochdruck sind beispielsweise Folgen<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-3' id='markerref-545-3' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>3<\/a><\/sup><\/a>, unter denen Menschen in verkehrsreicher Umgebung leiden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2>Je geringer das Einkommen, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer die L\u00e4rmbelastung<\/h2>\n<p>Der Zusammenhang zwischen Einkommen und L\u00e4rmbelastung l\u00e4sst sich eindeutig nachweisen<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-4' id='markerref-545-4' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>4<\/a><\/sup> und verweist auf eine raumstrukturelle Problematik: \u00c4rmere Menschen sind in urbanen Strukturen gesundheitssch\u00e4dlichen Einfl\u00fcssen eher ausgesetzt als Menschen anderer sozio\u00f6konomischer Gruppen. Der L\u00e4rm trifft zun\u00e4chst die Betroffenen, die nicht mehr zur Ruhe kommen. Er verursacht aber auch Kosten f\u00fcr die Allgemeinheit: Eine Forschungsarbeit der TU Dresden beziffert die l\u00e4rmbedingten Kosten f\u00fcr das Gesundheitssystem allein f\u00fcr Berlin auf 130 Millionen Euro<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-4' id='markerref-545-4' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>4<\/a><\/sup>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aus Gerechtigkeitsperspektive kommt hinzu, dass die Einkommensschwachen als indirekter L\u00e4rmschutzriegel fungieren <sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-2' id='markerref-545-2' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>2<\/a><\/sup>. Dieser Umstand ergibt sich aus den Unterschieden in den Mietpreisen, die an den lauten Hauptverkehrsstra\u00dfen niedriger sind als an Nebenstra\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Dementsprechend entstehen die st\u00e4rksten Belastungen an gro\u00dfen Hauptstra\u00dfen mit starken Verkehrsbelastungen, wie beispielsweise an der Magistrale \u201eMundsburger Damm, Oberaltenallee\/Hamburger Stra\u00dfe, Barmbeker Stra\u00dfe, Barmbeker Markt, Bramfelder Stra\u00dfe\u201c<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-7' id='markerref-545-7' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>7<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8222;Magistrale f\u00fcr alle&#8220;: Mehr Menschen sollen an die Hamburger Hauptstra\u00dfen ziehen<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr diese Magistrale wurde, ebenfalls am vergangenen Mittwoch, das Konzept der \u201eMagistrale als Stadtraum f\u00fcr alle\u201c vorgestellt<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-545-7' id='markerref-545-7' onclick='return footnotation_show(545)'>7<\/a><\/sup>. Ziel ist es, das Potenzial der Magistralen zur Nachverdichtung zu nutzen, um mehr Wohnraum in der Stadt zu entwickeln. Die Herausforderungen liegen auf der Hand und setzten einen Wandel in der Ausgestaltung von Verkehr im urbanen Raum voraus: Der Verkehr der Zukunft muss so gestaltet sein, dass die Anwohnenden ruhig schlafen k\u00f6nnen. Das entlastet als allererstes den Alltag einkommensschwacher Menschen \u2013 und \u00fcber sinkende Krankheitskosten schlie\u00dflich die ganze Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Herausforderung Wohnraum zu schaffen &#8211; und die Rolle der Mobilit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n<p>Am \u201eTag gegen den L\u00e4rm\u201c hat die Stadt Hamburg den Plan vorgestellt, mehr Wohnraum an lauten Stra\u00dfen zu schaffen. Diese terminliche \u00dcberschneidung illustriert, wie schwierig eine umweltgerechte Stadtentwicklung ist \u2013 und welche gro\u00dfe Rolle die Mobilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr eine gerechte und inkludierende Stadtstruktur spielt. Die Zielsetzung der Schaffung von mehr Wohnraum stellt in bereits jetzt dichten Stadtr\u00e4umen eine Herausforderung dar, welche f\u00fcr alle Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen in einem ad\u00e4quaten Ma\u00dfe gel\u00f6st werden muss.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Wohnraumentwicklung in zentralen Lagen unterst\u00fctzt die Mobilit\u00e4tsoptionen der Bev\u00f6lkerung &#8211; nahe Ziele, kurze Wege.
