V.<\/b><\/h1><\/h1><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Der Berliner Verein #BIKEYGEES e.V. setzt auf das Empowerment von (gefl\u00fcchteten) Frauen: durch Radfahrtrainings helfen die Ehrenamtlichen den Frauen, mobiler zu werden \u2013 und schaffen damit die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen und kulturellen Leben.<\/p>\n<p>Seit drei Jahren gibt es die #BIKEYGEES. Im Herbst 2015 fingen Annette Kr\u00fcger und Anne Seebach damit an, gefl\u00fcchteten Frauen in einer Berliner Notunterkunft das Radfahren beizubringen. Diese Idee stie\u00df auf gro\u00dfes Interesse: \u201eDie Resonanz war wirklich enorm, da haben wir gemerkt, dass es ja ein Wespennest ist, in das wir gestochen haben\u201c, berichtet Annette Kr\u00fcger r\u00fcckblickend.<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-1' id='markerref-905-1' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>1<\/a><\/sup> Die R\u00fcckmeldungen best\u00e4rkten die Initiatorinnen in ihrem Tun, woraufhin sie im Jahr 2016 den #BIKEYGEES e.V. gr\u00fcndeten und als gemeinn\u00fctzigen Verein f\u00fcr Bildungs- und Kulturarbeit anmeldeten. Mittlerweile ist der Verein Mitglied des Parit\u00e4tischen Wohlfahrtsverbands und hat sich in Berlin zu einer Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Frauen etabliert. Frauen und M\u00e4dchen mit und ohne Fluchterfahrung k\u00f6nnen an kostenlosen Radfahrtrainings teilnehmen, wobei neben den praktischen &#8218;Fahrskills&#8216; auch theoretischer Verkehrsunterricht in verschiedenen Sprachen angeboten wird. Zudem lernen die Frauen Selbsthilfe-Grundlagen, um ihr Fahrrad selbst instandzuhalten.<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-2' id='markerref-905-2' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>2<\/a><\/sup><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u201eEinfach machen\u201c: Die Strategie der #BIKEYGEES<\/h2>\n<p>Das Angebot ist bewusst niedrigschwellig: unter dem Motto \u201eEinfach machen\u201c kommen Frauen und M\u00e4dchen unterschiedlicher Herkunft und Religion, unabh\u00e4ngig von Status und Fluchterfahrung, zusammen und helfen sich gegenseitig. Viele der \u00fcber 500 ehemaligen Teilnehmerinnen fungieren als Multiplikatorinnen: Sie f\u00fchren selbstst\u00e4ndig Trainings durch und geben ihr Wissen direkt weiter.<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-3' id='markerref-905-3' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>3<\/a><\/sup> \u201eWir wollen einfach, dass die Frauen wachsen k\u00f6nnen, Fahrrad fahren k\u00f6nnen und sich unabh\u00e4ngig bewegen k\u00f6nnen\u201c, sagt Annette Kr\u00fcger.<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-1' id='markerref-905-1' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>1<\/a><\/sup> Durch die #BIKEYGEES wird den Teilnehmerinnen selbstst\u00e4ndige Mobilit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht. Fahrradfahren verbindet und gibt Selbstvertrauen. Nach nur einem \u00dcbungstag kann bereits eine sp\u00fcrbare und sichtbare Ver\u00e4nderung der Lebensrealit\u00e4t der Frauen erreicht werden. Armut und Reichtum messen sie nicht nur an der Verteilung von G\u00fctern, sondern an den allgemeinen und individuellen Verwirklichungschancen eines Menschen.<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-5' id='markerref-905-5' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>5<\/a><\/sup> Dieser gerechtigkeitstheoretische Ansatz verbindet das Streben nach individueller Entfaltung mit dem Streben nach gesellschaftlicher Ver\u00e4nderung. Dabei ist Mobilit\u00e4t ein wesentlicher Faktor, um soziale Interaktion zu erm\u00f6glichen. Bei der Bottom-Up-Initiative #BIKEYGEES bef\u00e4higen die Trainerinnen die Frauen, ihre Mobilit\u00e4t eigenst\u00e4ndig zu gestalten zu und er\u00f6ffnen ihnen M\u00f6glichkeitsr\u00e4ume. Die Frauen k\u00f6nnen selbstverantwortlich \u00fcber ihre Mobilit\u00e4t entscheiden. Und d\u00fcrfen.\u201c<\/h2>\n<p>Bisher hat der Verein 597 Frauen und M\u00e4dchen aufs Rad gebracht, 87 Trainings durchgef\u00fchrt und 164 Fahrrad-Sets \u2013 ein gebrauchtes Fahrrad, ein Helm, ein Schloss \u2013 an Absolventinnen ausgeh\u00e4ndigt. Zudem wurden den #BIKEYGEES zahlreiche Auszeichnungen verliehen, u.a. der Deutsche Fahrradpreis 2018.<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-2' id='markerref-905-2' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>2<\/a><\/sup> Mit Hilfe von F\u00f6rdermitteln der Deutschen Fernsehlotterie werden seit Februar 2019 auch in den Berliner Randgebieten Marzahn\/Hohensch\u00f6nhausen Trainings durchgef\u00fchrt und begleitende Integrationstouren zum Vernetzen angeboten. \u201eDas Fahrrad ist ein gutes Vehikel, um Menschen aller Herkunft und politischer Grundeinstellung zusammen zu bringen und gegebenenfalls Ressentiments abzubauen.\u201c<sup class='footnote'><a href='#marker-905-1' id='markerref-905-1' onclick='return footnotation_show(905)'>1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Trotz dieser Erfolge ist die Finanzierung<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>nach wie vor nicht gesichert: Der Fortbestand des Projekts ist abh\u00e4ngig von finanziellen F\u00f6rdermitteln und gespendeten Fahrr\u00e4dern, das Team von #BIKEYGEES engagiert sich gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils ehrenamtlich. Dabei leistet der Verein einen wichtigen Beitrag, um mobilit\u00e4tsbezogener Exklusion und zugleich der zunehmenden Spaltung der Bev\u00f6lkerung entgegenzuwirken. Das interkulturelle Berliner Projekt zeigt: Es bedarf manchmal nur einfacher Mittel, um den Mobilit\u00e4tsalltag von Menschen nachhaltig zu ver\u00e4ndern. Denn, um es mit den Worten der #BIKEYGEES zu sagen: \u201eJede Frau auf der Welt sollte Fahrrad fahren k\u00f6nnen.
